Many expenses like operating costs, cleaning costs, security with no guests, or tourism was not acceptable. Same as the case was with other big and small hotels. In this way, the covid pandemic affects tourism in Pakistan all over the World.

During the first stage of covid-19, the highest priority of the hotel management was to check the body temperatures of the customers, and as time passed, the management was more concerned about educating the employees about covid prevention. This all shows that the management of the hotel has changed its attitudes. The management make their training to staff against the covid. The training includes guidelines, standard precautions, and hygiene methods. The hotel management all does this to reduce the risk of getting the covid virus. The management also focused on their cost budgets during the covid-19 because the number of guests was not coming to hotels as they come in routine.
